SUPing has evolved into one of the most popular recreational water sports, accessible to people of all ages and abilities. You will enjoy this sport right from the outset. Our enormous sheltered lagoon ensures you have plenty of room to practice and perfect conditions.



Small groups: 2-3 people
Course Duration: 2 Hours (1 -2 days)

This course is aimed at people who have never stand up paddled before or people who have had a go but want to learn the basics.

The course structure is designed to give you the information you need to get on the water safely, have fun and learn the technique of paddlesurfing.

During the course you will be given an introduction to how the weather and environment affects you, how to carry the board and paddle, paddling technique, different types of turns, self rescue, how to fall safely as well as how to plan expeditions and the basics of stance in surf.

We are incredibly flexible and can deliver the course on a private tuition.
